Gasworks League 2026

The Gasworks Brewing League is a team-based golf simulator tournament designed for friendly competition, weekly matchups, and a championship finish. Teams compete over multiple weeks, earning points based on individual performance that contribute to overall team standings.

  • Teams: 8

  • Players per Team: 2

  • Total Players: 16

  • Price per Team: $100

  • Signup: Monday Tournament OR Wednesday Tournament

  • Format:

    • Weekly 9 hole matches OR 1 hour time limit

      • (Mon/Wed) 7:30-9:30pm

    • KP (closest to pin) Bonus point at end of nightly matches

League Schedule

Weekly Matchups

The league runs over three regular weeks, followed by a championship match on the fourth week.

  • Week 1 (Mon 1/19, Wed 1/21): Team A vs Team B, Team C vs Team D

  • Week 2 (Mon 1/26, Wed 1/28): Team A vs Team C, Team B vs Team D

  • Week 3 (Mon 2/4, Wed 2/6): Team D vs Team A, Team B vs Team C

  • Week 4 (Mon 2/9, Wed 2/11): Championship Week

Each match consists of 9 holes played per team OR 1 hour of time.

Scoring & Standings & Championships

Scoring & Points System

Combined total team score for the night’s match

  • Lowest team score out of the 2 teams competing will get 2 points.

  • Lowest team score of the night gets an additional 1 point

  • At the end of both matchups there will be a KP contest

    • Each person will get one shot on a par 3, closest to the pin will get one additional 1 point

Standings & Advancement

Teams standings will be updated on the website weekly

  • After Week 3, the top 2 teams will move on to the championship round (Week 4)

  • Lowest score between the pairings wins in the championship match for respective league (Mon/Wed)

Tiebreakers

  • 1st Tiebreaker: Lowest combined overall team score

  • 2nd Tiebreaker: Lowest single week team score

  • 3rd Tiebreaker: Lowest individual single week score

Championship Match

  • 18-hole format, lowest combined score wins.

    • If tied sudden death.

Prizes

  • 1st place

    • Championship T-shirt, $50 gift card

    • Name immortalized in Gasworks Brewing League history

  • 2nd, 3rd, 4th place

    • Crisp high fives

  • How do I register?

    • Email sean@gasworksbrewing.com and let him know you’d like to reserve a spot for our league

      • Make sure to include which day (Mon/Wed)

    • Team name, and name of players

  • Do I have to putt?

    • No (Trackman auto-putt)

      • Inside 10ft = 1 putt

      • 10-65ft = 2 putt

      • Outside 65ft = 3 putt

  • Do I need my own golf clubs?

    • No we have some but bringing your own is recommended

  • Is there a skill cap?

    • Anyone is welcome

  • Do I have to stay until 9:30pm?

    • No but you will miss out on the KP contest

  • What if something comes up and my team can’t make a week

    • Sadly your match will forfeit
