Spring is here…lets drink some beer!

Spring rolls in with fresh air, patio hangs, and that first cold beer that just hits different after winter. By summer, we’re in full swing the doors are open, drinks flowing, music in the background, and the kind of energy that makes you want to stay awhile.

    Docksider Pilsner

    Style: Czech Pilsner

    Notes: Brewed low and slow with German malt, German Saphir, and Czech Saaz hops.

    Tasting: Thirst quenching bitterness with spicy and floral noble hop character and light tangerine on the finish.

    Paloma

    Style: GF Fruited Sour

    Notes: Grapefruit and lime

    Tasting: A riff on a classic cocktail, which includes tequila, grapefruit juice/grapefruit soda, and lime with a salted rim. Similar to a margarita but without sour mix, therefore less sweet and less sour than a typical margarita. Very nice drinking on a hot day!

    Dim The Lights

    Style: Black IPA

    Notes: Black IPA with Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and CTZ

    Northlake Lager

    Style: Helles Lager

    Notes: This is the same recipe as the Gasworks Helles we had when we opened. No major changes, brewed with Grungeist hops.

    Tasting: Malt forward light lager. Less bitter and hoppy than Pilsner but still has some light floral and fruity notes hiding behind the honey and biscuit from the malt.

    Style: Hazy IPA

    Notes: Brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Vista, and Citra Cryo

    Tasting: One of our OG beers! Very fruit forward, juicy as they say. Tangerine, pear, and lightly tropical.

    Notes: West Coast IPA with Riwaka, Citra, Chinook, El Dorado, and Citra Cryo

    Style: Barley Wine

    Notes: Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine

    Style: Hazy IPA

    Notes: Nectaron, El Dorado, Mosaic, and CTZ, one of the OGs!

    Tasting: Citrusy and dank, full bodied with a nice balance of sweetness and hop character.

  • Strawberry Cheesecake

    Style: GF Sour

    Notes: GF Sour with strawberry, graham cracker, and no-bake cheesecake mix

    Style: German Pilsner

    Notes: Sterling, Hallertau Tradition, and Tettnang Hops
