Style: GF Fruited Sour

Notes: Made with prickly pear, lime, and sea salt.

Tasting: Finally a margarita sour is BACK! Tart but not wicked tart, ya know? If you’re not familiar with prickly pear, it's a bright pink fruit from a cactus, and damn if it ain’t delicious. Tart strawberry, a little earthy, some pear (obviously) and reminiscent of a fruity red wine.
