Style: West Coast DIPA

Notes: DIPA is pretty much just a higher ABV version of a normal IPA. It used to mean some more hops but not really anymore, we just use so much hops in everything! Chinook, CTZ, Mosaic, Strata

Tasting: Dank cannabis, a little sticky, with bold strawberry flavor and aroma accompanied by pine and grapefruit pith. A bit of heat from the high ABV (8.1%) and a lingering bitterness.
